New Mini Dresses & Corset Dress!

I recently added a new mini dress to my collection of summery strappy dresses & mini dresses-made from glossy black wet look, sexy skin tight with lace up on the bust and a deep, low cut lacing up back. This dress will be made to measure and is available to regular and plus size.

I've been trying to find some cool new fabrics to make more long sleeved dresses and hooded dress tops with, since I can no longer get the fabrics for most of the ones I made last year. This is such a pain since the skull and crossbones dress top was so popular! Anyway I came across this gothic crosses print last week and made this new dress top with crosses print panels on front and back, large front pocket and lined hood. I'm making it to measure for regular and plus size too!

And lastly for today-an up-cycled suede bustier with fringe, adjustable lace up front and black faux leather studded decorative bits made from a top I was given but never wore because it didn't fit. The bustier is roughly a size 8/10 and can be found in the custom and one off clothing part of my website.

And...I decided to make my top selling style of tartan corset dress available in more colours, starting with hot pink! It has a fitted upper body in pink tartan and black lace with D-ring corset style lace up front, zipper fastening and halter neck strap. with a two tier gathered skirt in pink tartan and black lace. Available in regular and plus size from the corset dresses section of my site. Other colours available so far include red and turquoise : )

Lately I've been working on a ton of new ideas. Firstly I asked my fans on facebook which was their favourite pair out of some of my latest one of a kind leggings and said I would make a similar pair to the one with the most votes into a regular item, that will be available custom made to fit your own measurements. So these were the choices....

And the pair that got the most votes was B, so here is the new design I came up with and this pair is available made to fit all sizes up to a hip of 44". Obviously I couldnt sell design B as a "one off" and then copy it as it would no longer be unique, so these are similar rather than the same : )

I also made a new biker chick inspired studded vest top in white leatherette with front zipper fastening that opens right out, decorative black round studs on the bust and black leatherette panels, lacing up with black ribbon on each side and at the back. The bust, sleeves and bottom hem are also finished with black leatherette. This top is available up to a bust of 40" from the Rocker Chick, Biker and Glam Rock Tops section of my website.

Next up is a new pair of unique studded rock leggings, made with black super sexy and glossy wet look lycra with panels of red denim, painted with black and with studded red and black leatherette, featuring a mix of silver pyramid studs, large round studs and small round studs. they are available up to a hip of 44" from the glam rock leggings section of my site.

Next I made this pirate skull & crossbones print corset top with some scraps of this fabric I had left over. It's one of a kind and features an adjustable lace up front and back with white faux leather and black ribbon lace ups, decorative studded white panels on the front and black lace trim around the bust. The halter neck strap features a silver popper fastening which can be adjusted to fit. Due to lace up fastenings at both front and back, this top can be largely adjusted to fit roughly a size 8 up to a 12 but the full measurements are listed under the one offs and custom clothing section of my website.

And lastly, I've had red skull patterned leggings on my website for years, but decided the pink looks quite pretty too, so I added them in pink : ) They are available in regular and plus size from the patterned, wet look and metallic leggings section.

Custom Corset Dress & Mini Skirts :)

This week I had a couple of custom items to make using some special fabrics the customer sent me, which was fun. The first is a cute red and white polka dot dress based around the style of my denim rocker chick corset dress. It has a fitted upper body in polka dot with silver D-ring lace up front with white ribbon and white faux leather, with white lace trim on the bust and polka dot halter neck strap. The lower half is a gathered polka dot cotton circle skirt with lots of white tulle underneath and mini faux leather lace up panels. I enjoyed making this dress and was really pleased with how it turned out, so I hope my customer loves it too!

My customer also sent me some very cute penguins print fabric and pirate skull and crossbones print to work with. She wanted some mini skirts in the same style as some of my existing punky mini skirts with black stretch cotton waistband and gathered two tier lower half with the penguins and skull fabrics overlayed on black cotton, with matching ribbons lace up on the corset style waistband.

And lastly I made another pair of one of a kind leggings using up some fabric scraps that had been discontinued, they are made from black cotton with diagonal and overlapping panels of fluorescent green and black stripey print and black and white star print with plain black snuggly cotton backs. The green is a lot brighter in real life, the photos dont do it justice! They are available in a UK size 8/10 but the full info and measurements can be found in the one of a kind and unique leggings category on my clothing website.

More Wintery Wear :)

I have made a couple more wintery style things this week. First off, after years and years of my parents hassling me to wear a coat because I'll "catch a chill", but refusing to because a)they are expensive and I don't often treat myself to new things and b)I can never find any coats that I even like, I finally took the time to make myself one. ANNNNDD I like it! It's a cropped coat made from black cotton and lined with black fleece, the hood is also lined with fleece which feels lovely on my head. It's sort of like wrap around, with adjustable silver buckle fastenings and large silver eyelets for decoration. But it's also joined at the bottom, so it's more of a pullover than a coat. I made it short/cropped to emphasize my waist as I hate how frumpy and unsexy coats normally make me feel. I know, I know what you're thinking..."She'll still catch a chill with her midriff on show like that"....WRONG! I only shot the photos like this to make it clear that it is cropped, however it can, and will be warn with other clothes underneath. It's just a lot easier to see the actual length of it without clothes underneath, since all my clothes are black.

Anyway I'm waffling now...This took me agggesss! Although I haven't figured out yet if that's because of the design or whether it's simply that I haven't made any coats before, so once I've had a bit more practice, I would be up to speed a bit better. I'm thinking the latter. So I'm still in the process of deciding whether to list it for sale on my website or not, due to the time/money involved. However I had a lot of positive feedback when I posted the pic on facebook last night, so maybe I will...

And I made another long sleeved hooded dress top, similar to my tartan hooded dress top from my previous post. This one is also made from black cotton with panels of black and white skull and crossbones print cotton on the front and back. There's a big panel on the back to add warmth and thickness. Oh and I added a cute front pocket and extra strips of skulls on the sleeves. And the bottom hem or the dress as well as the sleeves are cuffed.
