Skulls, Roses and Stars Leggings

Wow this has been the busiest couple of weeks of my life! I've been doing 17-18 hour days, trying to get caught up on orders and have literally had no time for anything but sewing and a bit of sleep in between :) I made this a little while ago but only just got the time to write about them now! They are black cotton lycra leggings with diagonal panels on the front in grey/cream skulls and roses printed cotton and black and white star print cotton. These leggings are really quite unique, since the skulls fabric is so varied, every time I cut the panels for the leggings, they will come out with the pattern looking slightly different. I like this pair a lot since they are interesting to look at but also really comfy because they are cotton lycra :)

New Studded Leggings & Fishtail Skirt

Right I've finally designed a new awesome pair of unique leggings that are going to be available made to order rather than just one of a kind. AND these are available for plus sizes too! They are made from black wet look and sparkly glitter silver star print lycra. They have black faux leather strips on the front which are studded with rounded silver studs. I really love this design and hope my customers will too!

Purple Gothic Fishtail Skirt

Also this week I decided to add another colour option to my range of gothic fishtail skirts, I love this purple spandex velour fabric so thought I'd see how that would look. It's slim fitting from waist down to the knee and flares out at the bottom, hence the fishtail. Though I prefer to think of it as a mermaid tail as they are a lot nicer than fish!

And lastly I made another one of a kind pair of leggings in a similar design to some of my recent one off pairs, made from black wet look with panels of stretch denim, studded of course, and black and white skulls print fabric. My supplier has discontinued this fabric recently so I thought I'd make use of the scraps I have left. They are a size 8/10 and you can view the full details and measurements to fit on my website.

Black Gothic Velvet Ruffle Skirt-Regular & Plus Size

Today I made a new gothic skirt. This one is available in regular and plus size! I will try and make more and more regular items that are available hand made (by me) to fit all sizes from now on! (Although I do love making one of a kind stuff!)

This is a knee length gothic ruffle skirt made from heavy black velvety velour. It's a really nice soft and stretchy fabric, very comfortable to wear! It is a high waisted skirt with an elasticated thick waistband. The back of the skirt features a corset type lace up with silver D rings and black 25ml ribbon. The back of the skirt hangs low, while the front of the skirt rests just above the knee. The bottom of the skirt is decorated with two tiers of double black floral lace gathered into ruffles.

It's available in regular size, up to a maximum hip size of 42" and then also in plus size available up to a maximum hip size of 52". All orders will be custom handmade especially to fit your own measurements!

I finally got round to taking a photo of this dress today. I made this a looong time ago to sell as a regular item in semi wet look lycra however now that I've managed to find proper wet look I've decided to re-make it using that, which means this one is being listed at a reduced price in my sale.

It is a strapless club/rave dress in black semi gloss wet look lycra, with an elasticated bust to keep it up. The back of the dress has tailored slashes down to the waist and and sleeves of the dress are also made with a slashed effect, also tailored rather than cut. The sleeves rest off the shoulder and are held up with elastic.

New Gothic Lace Collar Dress

New Dress! I actually made this for myself as I had a girly party to go but had nothing particularly fancy or girly to wear. I based it around my similar lace top with a collar which I quite like, but made it as a dress and with more lace!

Its a gothic summer dress made from black stretchy cotton fabric with low cut front and back, which are filled with black stretch floral lace. The dress has matching gathered black lace sleeves with elastic, a black cotton high turtle neck collar and gathered black lace around the bottom hem of the dress.

I made a new summer dress yesterday, available in plus size and regular size, since a few people have requested I make more plus size summer dresses. So here's the first. It's made from stretchy purple cotton, overlayed with black punky fishnet, with a black cotton bust finished with black lace and cute bow. The straps are elastic for comfortable fit with more black lace. And lots more black lace around the bottom hem of the dress.

New Black & Cream Leatherette Studded Bondage Top

I made one more new top this week. It took me a very long time and involves a lot of metal studs and exciting bits so I've listed it in my new glam rock/metal/biker chick style collection of tops on my website.

It's a glam rock/bondage style unique studded top made from alternate panels of black and cream faux leather. The front features black straps, a central zipper fastening and overlapping black studded straps which fasten across with silver poppers. The top straps crossover at the back, where there is also a decorative lace up panel featuring silver eyelets and black ribbon.

I put a lot of work into this rocker chick style top, I even did one photoshoot and decided the top didnt look quite how I wanted so I went back and added more before shooting it again.

Re-Shoot of Red Tartan/PVC Dominatrix Top

I recently re-shot one of my old tops which I felt the pictures were not doing it justice, it's one of my absolute favourite tops I've made. I like it because it's totally different from most of my others as it has a collar. It's a red tartan dominatrix style top with alternating panels of black shiny PVC and red and black tartan, with a high PVC collar that does up at the neck with a popper fastening and leads into straps that cross over at the back. The front has a central zipper fastening and is decorated with silver metal D rings.

Black Wet Look Mini Hot Pants

Another new pair of hot pants. I actually made these for myself and wasnt sure whether or not I was going to add them to the website as they are pretty tiny but I totally love how they came out and thought I might as well take some photos and list them on my website anyway. I've wanted a pair of hot pants like these for some time but haven't been able to get hold of the wet look fabric until now, so I figured, maybe someone else out there might be after some too! They are very similar to my black high waisted wet look hot pants, except they have a low waist, they are pretty much just pants! But I love them...

New Zebra Print Shrug!

Here's some more of what I've been making....

As I had loads of the zebra lace fabric left from the dress I made, I decided to make a cute matching shrug jacket. It's the same semi transparent mesh lace stuff, it's really soft and stretchy. Instead of buttoning or zipping up the two sides tie up in a knot at the thinnest part of the waist to accentuate curves and I added some elastic around the waist so it really holds the thin part of the waist in nice and comfortably. I love this style of jacket, it's perfect for the coming summer as it's thin enough to keep you cool but enough fabric to give the arms a bit of warmth and cool print adds a bit of excitement to an outfit :)

New Zebra Print Strapless Summer Dress

I've been making a few new things this week, they are a little different from my usual style, slightly more feminine and pretty summery I think!

The first is a cute strapless summer dress made with stretchy black cotton and panels of black and white swirly zebra print meshy lace down each side. The lace is a little see through, just enough to be sexy without being too trashy! I added elastic to the boob tube bust to ensure that it will stay up comfortably and thick cotton at the bottom to ensure the dress doesn't ride up. Two annoying tendencies of this type of dress that usually prevent me from feeling comfortable enough to wear them out....problem solved and I will definitely be wearing this one out this summer, it's so comfy!

2 NEW PUNK LEGGINGS!

This week has been totally crazy, I havent taken a day off in 12 days but I've finally just about caught up on my clothing orders and found some time to make a couple of new things.

The first is my all time favourite pair of punk leggings I've ever made, they are black and white patchwork and totally unique, in alternating panels of black and white stripes, black and white star print and black metallic lycra. They have a super stretchy waistband and will fit a UK size 10/12.

I've Been Busy!

Okay so this has been the busiest work week of my life! Suddenly the orders are coming in almost faster than I can make them, but I've been sewing constantly and here are some of the items I've made so far or am currently in the process of making!

Gothic Lace/Wet Look Patchwork Leggings

I made another new pair of leggings today...they are a pair of gothic style patchwork leggings made with an upper section of soft stretchy black cotton and then alternating panels of black gothic floral lace, black wet look lycra and black cotton. They are full length and have an elasticated super stretchy waistband for comfortable fit. Unfortunately they are another one off pair as they would cost too much to make and sell regularly for a reasonable price :( But I needed something to do this afternoon so I thought I'd make use of some more fabric scraps that would otherwise have gone in the bin...
