More New Dresses!

I'm back to show off the new and improved denim rocker chick corset dress that I've been working on. This one has a fitted denim body in semi stretch pale denim with zipper fastening at the front and black faux leather and metal D ring lace up front. The strap is a halter neck and the back of the dress features another corset style lace up panel with more faux leather and eyelets. The bust line is decorated with round silver studs and the skirt part of the dress is a gathered circle skirt in denim with layers of black tulle underneath. The skirt also features two leather and eyelet lace up panels. This dress is available custom made to fit your own measurements in both regular and plus size.

I also made another similar style dress in pink zebra print with a fitted upper body featuring lace up front panel with silver D rings. The halter neck strap is decorated with silver eyelet studs and the back of the dress has another lace up panel made from strips of black faux leather and more silver eyelets. The skirt is made with pink and black zebra print cotton and layers of gothic black tulle beneath. This dress is also available in regular and plus size and I've added it to my new plus size clothing section on my website.

And lastly just for fun I decided to make another hooded dress top using a Guns N' Roses tee I was given. It's made with black cotton and features Guns N' Roses Design on front and back, with black and grey stripey sleeves, black lined stripey hood and decorative panels of black and grey stripe on the front. It's a one of a kind item fitting roughly a UK size 8/10 and the actual measurements are displayed in the product listing in the one offs and custom clothing section of my website.

I've just added a bunch of items in random sizes to the sale items section of my website. Most are the original of it's kind which I normally like to keep, but am running seriously low on storage space so....they gotta go!

First up is one of my more popular halter neck corset tops made with black and white stripe cotton with zipper front fastening that opens right out, black lace trim on bust and waist and decorative lace up black ribbon running down the bust on the front. This corset is something I made around a year ago. It's a fully steel boned underbust corset made with black and white zebra print cotton with 4 layers of fabric thickness to hold in the waist nicely, lacing up with a white ribbon at the front and finished with black satin binding. This corset dress is one of my most popular dresses ever. It's a halter neck dress made with a fitted upper body, with zip fastening and lace up front with silver D rings. The lower part is made up of two tiers of tartan and black floral lace, gathered to create a puffy tutu like effect. This one is around a UK size 16, reduced to £39.99, down from £64.99!

This top is a fairly new design, a lace up corset top made from gorgeous silver spider web lace on black cotton, with zipper front fastening and silver D rings forming a lace up front. Plus Size Alternative Clothing

Lately I've been getting the feeling that not many people are actually aware that I make plus size alternative clothing as well as for smaller sizes. A lot of confusion comes about I think, because I also make some one of a kind items such as those in my more recent posts...these ARE only available in smaller sizes. This is purely because I always have a lot of off cuts from older fabrics that are no longer available to me and I only have enough fabric left to make one item from them. And so obviously cant repeat the design when the fabric isnt being made anymore!

The only reason they are all in smaller sizes is purely down to ease (or laze some might say) as I can model them myself with minimum expense of time! I've been doing this a lot lately since moving to a new place where I have a lot less storage space than where I used to be, so I need to use up some fabric otherwise it'll just end up in a landfill, which needless to say...doesn't sit well on my conscience :S

As I've been posting a lot of these one of a kind items lately on Facebook, I think many people are mislead into thinking I'm harsh on larger sizes and only make clothes for small people....

This isn't the case at all! In fact the vast majority of my clothing I hand make from scratch as and when it is ordered by you lovely people. I make it especially to fit your own measurements to ensure it fits good. AND that includes plus sizes! The reason I refer to these items separately as plus size clothing, is that I do unfortunately have to charge more for the larger sizes, to cover fabrics and other extra material costs and so I have two separate listings for these to cater for the different pricings.

Corset dresses, mini skirts, fishtail skirts, long sleeved gothic tops and corset belts are just a few of the things I have available to plus size alternative ladies at the moment. So please don't be discouraged by my recent work, it's nothing against larger sizes, I'm just trying to make some extra money from fabrics that would otherwise have gone in the bin.

Rock Chick One Of A Kind Stuff :)

So this week I've been doing a bit of scrap busting, in attempt to make room for new fabric. Alas it seems no matter how many scraps I use up, I barely make a dent in the mound of fabric pieces that is rapidly growing out of my storage cupboard and spilling across my whole studio....Well at least I tried!

These are one of a kind pieces of clothing, since the whole point is to use up fabric that I can no longer get hold of for regular items and is just sitting about doing nothing.

The first is a glam rock inspired studded zebra print top with lace up back. It is made from stretchy hot pink and black zebra print stretchy lycra fabric which is overlaid in the middle and at the back with glittery sparkle see through mesh and the front is decorated with black faux leather strips, studded with small round silver metal studs. The top has a stretchy zebra print halter neck strap and the back has a corset style lace up fastening with large silver metal eyelets. This can be adjusted to fit from a size 10 up to size 14, with the below measurements...

*BUST: 33"-38", *WAIST 26"-32", *LOW WAIST 28"-33"

The second is a super hot black see through mesh top with black hi shine wet look bust, which is gathered with silver pyramid studs in the middle. More black wet look spikey strips on the front and back, which are also studded with silver pyramid studs. The top has stretchy spaghetti straps which are studded at the front and which cross over at the back. This top is around a UK size 8/10 with the below measurements...

Gothic Rocker Spikey Lace Up Corset...NEW OOAK!

Today I finally finished a corset top that I started working on weeks ago. I ordered a ton of eyelets, ribbon and other supplies which I've been waiting on and which, might I add still haven't come...*sigh* anyway I've been holding off buying the bits I need elsewhere each day hoping the supplies will turn up "today" but I finally gave in and bought them from my other supplier. I should have done this in the first place but it seems dumb buying more stuff at a higher price when I've already got a bulk order of it on the way :(

Anyways here's the top. It's a gothic, rocker spikey black faux leather corset top with lace up sides. The front of the top features a zipper fastening and is stiffened with steel boning to prevent the zipper from folding. The front and back of the top are not actually attached, but lace up together with ribbon and large silver eyelets down each side. This can be adjusted quite a lot, as can the matching lace up straps of the top, to fit according to size. So this means that the top can actually fit a wide range of sizes, from a size 8 up to 12. The bottom hem of the top is cut in a unique spike design on both front and back and the bust is decorated with small silver pyramid studs.

As the top laces up and adjusts at both sides it will fit sizes 8 up to 12, with the below measurements...

NEW!! Tartan Studded Bustier Top

Another new top! It's a super hot studded bustier top in red tartan and black faux leather. The front is made with red tartan, decorated with large silver pyramid studs, faux leather and silver conical studs under the bust. The top has an adjustable central lace up fastening with silver eyelets and black ribbon. The back is made from black leatherette with double crossover faux leather straps.

I've been busy trying out some new ideas this week, I really want to start making much more exciting/crazy items, but then there's the issue of having to charge more for the time and materials so I don't want to make a bunch of stuff no one can afford! I guess I'll just have to see how it goes. The first top is a studded black bustier top in faux leather with a zipper front fastening and decorative large eyelets down the center. The middle is boned to avoid unflattering folding and the tops straps uniquely cross over at the front and meet at the middle of the back. The straps are also decorated with silver pyramid studs.

MORE NEW! Next is a new and improved version of my old black and white zebra print corset dress. The skirt part of the dress is has two tiers of zebra print and black lace, gathered to create a tutu style. The upper part of the dress is made from zebra print with panels of black cotton overlaid with matching black lace. I made one more new top this week. It took me a very long time and involves a lot of metal studs and exciting bits so I've listed it in my new glam rock/metal/biker chick style collection of tops on my website.

It's a glam rock/bondage style unique studded top made from alternate panels of black and cream faux leather. The front features black straps, a central zipper fastening and overlapping black studded straps which fasten across with silver poppers. The top straps crossover at the back, where there is also a decorative lace up panel featuring silver eyelets and black ribbon.

I put a lot of work into this rocker chick style top, I even did one photoshoot and decided the top didnt look quite how I wanted so I went back and added more before shooting it again.

Custom Order: Totally Badass Denim Vest!!

Today I've been working on another custom order. This took me waaayyy longer than I had anticipated, but I dont care because I thoroughly enjoyed making it and am totally in love with the finished result, if I do say so myself!

The customer was looking for a Kat Von D style denim vest top with lace up bits, pockets and studs.

The zipper fastening actually zips up all the way, but can be adjusted according to taste. The front features a cute mini pocket on each side of the bust with double popper fastening, the middle is decorated with black faux leather, as are the sides, with large metal eyelet studs and ribbon lacing them up. Which means the tightness can be adjusted too! And lots more big metal eyelets down the middle to finish it off.

I'm well chuffed with this custom order, I hope she likes it!

Since my turquoise tartan corset dress has been so popular since I put it on the website, I decided I'd give my customers a bit more variety by making the same dress in an alternate colour. So here's my latest red tartan corset dress.

This corset dress has a fitted upper half with panels of red tartan and black cotton overlayed with black lace. It has a black lacey halterneck strap and a zipper fastening at the front, which is decorated with an overlapping lace up corset front with metal D-rings and black ribbon. The lower half of the dress is made of of two tiers of red tartan and black floral lace with lots of gathering to make it puffy!

It's now available on my website, custom hand made to fit any size up to a maximum bust of 50".

The waistband has a decorative lace up panel with silver eyelets and black ribbon and the skirt has 4 decorative "D rings" hanging at the front of the skirt and 2 at the back.
